In the OneNote Options dialog box, under Default font, select the Font, Size, and Font Color you want OneNote to use, and click OK. If you want to change the look of all new pages, you can change the default font, size, or color. Whatever you do, whether SG3 or iPad, do use it and enjoy it. OneNote notes are formatted with the 11-point Calibri font. You can even stuff a 512GB SDXC card into it and run your OneDrive and/or OneNote cache on it-greatly expanding its utility.Īs for processor, I wouldn't sweat it, get what is comfortable for your budget, but certainly get the most (memory) RAM you can.
Aside from the SG being less $$$, its smaller size is PERFECT, the same Suface Pen (and eraser) work great, and the battery life far exceeds its larger, more powerful big brother. While the SG LOOKS like a shrunken SP7, it really shines for its own use cases: taking notes at church, making a To-do list in my garage, or generally taking it anywhere I wouldn't want to lose/abuse my main SP7 machine. I have a max-spec'd Surface Pro 7, but I also the oldest, cheapest, lowest-spec'd, original Surface Go. Surface Go 3 (new) should be awesome for you when "on the go" if you already like your old Surface Pro 3. Everyone's "opinions" are 100% good, so with that in mind, here is mine:
